Serving the residential and investment property needs of residents of the Los Angeles Westside, Bob was awarded the honor of "rookie of the year" in his first year of real estate, he has been a member of Coldwell Bankers President's Circle every year throughout his career, reflecting the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents nation wide, a member of the Presidents Advisory Council, and he was head of the Coldwell Banker Technical User Group and former head of his office Steering Committee. He has also won many awards for listing and sales performance with Boardwalk Realty including President's Circle, Top Team 2000, 2001 and 2002 and Top Producer for the Culver City / Playa Vista Boardwalk Office in 2003. Bob is both a Realtor and e-PRO certified. He has lived in Culver City for the past thirty years and previous to his career in real estate, Bob was in construction, including home building, for twenty three years.
